1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2In large bowl, combine water, oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Mix well and then add in dry ingredients (flours and cornmeal).
3On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. With a knife or pizza cutter, cut out strips 4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide.
4Twist strips and place on a greased baking sheet.
5Bake for 30 minutes, turn oven off and let cool inside over for 20 -30 minutes.
6Cool and store in a sealed container. Treats may also be dehydrated to extend shelf life.
